If you’ve found your way here, something likely feels out of alignment.
Your energy is no longer steady.
Your body feels less predictable.
And despite your efforts to “do everything right,” the answers—and the results—remain out of reach.
This experience is more common than it should be.
You are not alone.
And more importantly—you are not broken.
There is a way forward.
My path into this field was not a decision—it was a necessity.
For years, I navigated complex, overlapping health challenges, including endometriosis, pernicious anemia, autoimmune gastritis, Graves’ disease followed by hypothyroidism, adrenal dysfunction, estrogen dominance, progesterone resistance, and long-standing digestive issues.
My body did not respond to conventional approaches in the way it was expected to.
Which meant I had to look deeper.
Over time, I found a different way forward—one that was not based on quick fixes, but on understanding how the body truly functions.
The most meaningful shifts did not come from adding more interventions or chasing the next solution.
They came from restoring the foundations:
I learned to work with the body rather than against it.
And in doing so, I rebuilt my health through what is often overlooked—but deeply essential:
real nourishment, restorative sleep, and emotional resilience.
Today, I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, an endocrine-focused practitioner, a certified herbalist and life coach, as well as a chef and published cookbook author.
Before entering the health field, I spent years as a professional classical violinist, later transitioning into IT systems analysis and business ownership.
It was only through my own health challenges that this work became my focus.
Because I needed answers.
Now, I help women find theirs.
I entered perimenopause earlier than expected—largely influenced by undiagnosed endometriosis.
At the time, I had no clear guidance.
No roadmap.
No meaningful support.
Only a body that felt unfamiliar and increasingly difficult to understand.
That experience changed everything.
For many women, perimenopause feels confusing, frustrating, and at times overwhelming.
But over time, I’ve come to understand it differently.
Perimenopause is not simply a breakdown.
It is a signal.
A signal to:
It is, in many ways, an opportunity to rebuild your foundation—physically, hormonally, and emotionally—with greater awareness and intention.
Through Ancestral Health Restore, I offer structured, personalized support for women navigating:
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
It is a guided process that helps you:
I do not believe in pushing the body harder.
I believe in:
Because that is what leads to lasting results.
If you are ready for a more personal, grounded approach to your health—one that replaces confusion with clarity—you are invited to take the next step.
Let’s create a clear, thoughtful path forward—together.
